IMPORTANT NOTICE

18th May 2006
SABA is going to be test-running a new concept for 2007 at the Wedge contest- it goes as follows:
Riders will be able to compete in one more division than their regular division, besides DK, however you must move up to a harder division, not an easier one.
For example, Boys may also compete in the Jnrs or Pro, but not in the Boys U12.
Juniors may compete in the Pros, but not against the Boys.

Details:

Boys U12- may also compete in Boys, Jnrs or Pro
Girls U16- may also compete in Womens or Pro
Women- may also compete in Pro
Boys- may also compete in Jnrs or Pro
Jnrs- may also compete in Pro
Mens- may also compete in Pro
Masters- may also compete in Mens or Pro
DK- as per usual
Pro- may only compete in Pro and or DK
Development- restricted to Development riders only, and Development riders must ride that division only

DK now becomes a 3rd optional division, but you may not ride more than 2 prone divisions. Riders pay full entry fee for additional divisions- no discounts.

For the Wedge contest, no SABA ratings points will be awarded for your extra division should you ride one, however, if the concept works well, we will implement it in 2007 and full points will be awarded for all divisions that you choose to compete in.

If you have any questions, you can email me on [email protected], or contact Wayne Craig or Steve Polinski, the Wedge contest organisers.

Thanks
Alistair
